Ingredients:
- For the Steaks:
- 4 ribeye or sirloin steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp butter
- For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Cook the Steaks:
- Season both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sear the steaks for about 3–5 minutes per side, depending on their thickness and your preferred doneness.
- Add butter to the skillet and baste the steaks by tilting the pan and spooning the melted butter over them for extra richness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest while you prepare the sauce.
- Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:

- Let them simmer for 1–2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
