Ingredients:

– 8 oz rotini pasta (or any preferred short pasta)

– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 1 lb chicken breast, diced

– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp unsalted butter

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup milk

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

– 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ2. Season the shrimp and chicken with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ5. Lower the heat to medium-low and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ6. Pour in the heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, and the remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ7. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to ensure everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
