Ingredients:

โ–ถ๏ธ2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

โ–ถ๏ธ2 tbsp butter

โ–ถ๏ธ4 cloves garlic, minced

โ–ถ๏ธ1 small red bell pepper, diced

โ–ถ๏ธ1/2 tsp salt

โ–ถ๏ธ1/2 tsp black pepper

โ–ถ๏ธ1/2 tsp paprika

โ–ถ๏ธ1/2 tsp dried oregano

โ–ถ๏ธ1 cup heavy cream

โ–ถ๏ธ1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

โ–ถ๏ธ1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ1. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ2. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter and sautรฉ the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ3. Add Vegetables: Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ4. Make It Creamy: Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

๐Ÿ”น๏ธ5. Combine & Finish: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
