Ingredients:

โ–ช๏ธ1 lb skirt steak or flank steak โ–ช๏ธ2 tbsp olive oil โ–ช๏ธ1 tbsp lime juice โ–ช๏ธ1 tsp chili powder โ–ช๏ธ1 tsp garlic powder โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp cumin โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp smoked paprika โ–ช๏ธSalt and black pepper, to taste For the Shrimp: โ–ช๏ธยฝ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined โ–ช๏ธ1 tbsp olive oil โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp garlic powder โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp paprika โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp chili powder โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp salt โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp black pepper โ–ช๏ธJuice of ยฝ lime

For the Tacos:

โ–ช๏ธ8 small flour or corn tortillas โ–ช๏ธยฝ cup red cabbage, shredded โ–ช๏ธยฝ cup fresh cilantro, chopped โ–ช๏ธยผ cup diced red onion โ–ช๏ธยฝ cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese โ–ช๏ธ1 avocado, sliced โ–ช๏ธLime wedges, for serving For the Garlic-Lime Sauce: โ–ช๏ธยฝ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt โ–ช๏ธ1 tbsp mayonnaise โ–ช๏ธ1 tbsp lime juice โ–ช๏ธ1 clove garlic, minced โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp honey โ–ช๏ธยฝ tsp salt ๐Ÿ“

Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate & Cook the Steak In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the steak with the marinade and allow it to rest for a minimum of 15 minutes (or overnight for enhanced flavor). Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side (medium-rare) or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp In a separate bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and lime juice. Cook the shrimp in a hot skillet or on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.

Step 3: Make the Sauce Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, honey, and salt in a bowl, whisking until the mixture is smooth.

Step 4: Build the Tacos Heat tortillas on a dry skillet or grill. On each tortilla, add layers of sliced steak, shrimp, red cabbage, cilantro, red onion, cotija cheese, and avocado slices.
