These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger, packed with flavor in every bite! Juicy seasoned beef and melted cheese are wrapped in soft biscuit dough, then brushed with buttery garlic Parmesan topping for a golden, crispy finish. Perfect as a quick meal, appetizer, or snack, they’re easy to make and impossible to resist.

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices American cheese, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional)

For the Dough:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)
  • For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • For Garnish & Dipping:
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • ½ cup ketchup or burger sauce for dipping

Directions:

Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook until beef is browned. Drain excess grease and let cool.
  3. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and mustard (if using).

Assemble the Bombs:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture and a piece of American cheese in the center.
  4. Fold the edges up and over the filling, pinching tightly to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Bake & Finish:

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Brush the butter mixture over the bombs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve & Enjoy:

  1. Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with ketchup or burger sauce for dipping!
